Jan Koek is Chairman of Mehen, Studycentre of ancient Egypt (www.mehen.nl).
For more than 25 years already, he guides special tours to Egypt and to Egyptian museum collections all over the world and gives lectures and courses about ancient Egypt. He is treasurer of the Theban Mountains Foundation.
